Cancellation Policy

Zoom Courses

Please note that if after booking your place on a zoom course and you cannot attend, you have the option of transferring to another zoom course or receiving a refund in full.

Face to Face Course at Chancery Lane

It is highly unlikely there will be another live public course within a reasonable time after, so transferring to another live course will not be possible.

If you inform me before Friday 27th June that you cannot attend then I will refund 100% of the course fee.

If you inform me between Saturday 28th June and Friday 22nd August that you cannot attend then I will refund 50% of the course fee.

If you inform me after Friday 22nd August that you cannot attend then I will be unable to refund any of the course fee.
